It is hard to reconcile that history with the idea that she would suddenly decide to treat one person with disrespect or indifference. Tammy has also been known to work with customers who have very specific or non‑standard requests, taking extra time to get things right rather than rushing them out the door. That willingness to adapt and understand different preferences says a lot about her character and approach to people. When someone consistently demonstrates that level of care, it is reasonable to at least consider that there may be another explanation for a single negative interaction. Dani is always awesome. I told I just wanted a trim to cut the dead weight and she did it no problem. At first I was only going to do the MVP but after the trim I decided to upgrade to the ultimate instead and she had no problem at all. I also love that she was willing to talk about my daughter who I had with me and just chit chat during the service

Nelia, was an incredible stylist, and very knowledgeable and polite and friendly. She made some great recommendations that really made a difference. I will come back because of employees like that. She made me feel like a friend, not a customer. The styling she did really turned out fantastic.

This place is cool and chill. Perle did a great job cutting my hair. She was very good in explaining the differences on the style and approach to cutting my hair. However, despite Sylvia startling to cut my hair and her being employed there for 2 years she was having extreme difficulty cutting my hair as I had to tell her 5 times how I wanted it until Perle took over.
