In reference to Raja previous post: This review describes an experience that is very different from what many of us have seen from Tammy over the years. As another regular customer, it feels important to speak up and provide some balance, because the way this situation is being framed does not match her long track record of professionalism and basic human decency. Tammy has been cutting hair at this location for years, and in that time has consistently shown herself to be courteous, respectful, and attentive to a wide range of customers and styles. She listens carefully, asks clarifying questions, and remembers details about how people like their hair, which is why so many regulars ask for her by name. It is hard to reconcile that history with the idea that she would suddenly decide to treat one person with disrespect or indifference. Tammy has also been known to work with customers who have very specific or non‑standard requests, taking extra time to get things right rather than rushing them out the door. That willingness to adapt and understand different preferences says a lot about her character and approach to people. When someone consistently demonstrates that level of care, it is reasonable to at least consider that there may be another explanation for a single negative interaction. The shop itself runs on an electronic check‑in and waitlist system, and that process absolutely can create confusion if someone is not fully signed in or if their arrival was not confirmed at the kiosk or with the front desk. If your name is not properly on the board, the stylist simply will not know you are actually in line, and from their perspective they are just taking the next person the system shows them. In a busy environment, when stylists are focused on cutting hair and staying on schedule, they rely heavily on that board rather than scanning the room and guessing who is next. Tammy in particular is almost always in motion: finishing a cut, cleaning her station, greeting the next person from the screen, and trying to keep wait times reasonable for everyone. When someone is that busy, it is entirely possible that she did not realize this reviewer believed they were waiting to be served. There is a big difference between being overwhelmed by a full schedule and intentionally ignoring a person, and nothing in Tammy’s history suggests she would consciously choose to treat anyone that way. It also would have helped if, before walking out and posting such a serious accusation, the reviewer had spoken up at the front desk or asked Tammy or another stylist to check the waitlist. A simple “Hey, I’ve been here about 30 minutes—am I checked in correctly?” could have cleared up whether there was a sign‑in issue or miscommunication. Sport Clips as a brand works hard to make customers happy and to fix things when they go wrong, but they can only correct a problem if they know it exists in the moment instead of reading about it later online. Everyone deserves to feel acknowledged and respected when they walk into a business, and it is understandable to be upset when that doesn’t happen. But it is equally important to be fair when assigning motives, especially to an individual stylist whose day‑to‑day behavior has consistently shown courtesy, kindness, and a genuine desire to send people out the door feeling good. Nothing about Tammy’s long record suggests she would intentionally ignore or diminish someone for who they are. That is not the Tammy many of us know, and she deserves to have that side of the story heard as well.

Dani is always awesome. I told I just wanted a trim to cut the dead weight and she did it no problem. At first I was only going to do the MVP but after the trim I decided to upgrade to the ultimate instead and she had no problem at all. I also love that she was willing to talk about my daughter who I had with me and just chit chat during the service

Nelia, was an incredible stylist, and very knowledgeable and polite and friendly. She made some great recommendations that really made a difference. I will come back because of employees like that. She made me feel like a friend, not a customer. The styling she did really turned out fantastic.

This place is cool and chill. Perle did a great job cutting my hair. She was very good in explaining the differences on the style and approach to cutting my hair. However, despite Sylvia startling to cut my hair and her being employed there for 2 years she was having extreme difficulty cutting my hair as I had to tell her 5 times how I wanted it until Perle took over.
